- We will provide you with an advance cost estimate for our Exclusive-Life services.
- The fee and amount of work entailed by the agreement between Exclusive-Life and
  the client will be settled in writing prior to any services being provided.
- We always aim to keep our charges as transparent as possible.
- Before we can start acting on your behalf, we require the payment of an advance fee;
  this is generally a percentage of the final fee.
- The final invoice will, of course, reflect only the actual amount of work and time
  invested.

Exclusive-Life will only pass the information provided by the client on to the supplier or customer; this information will be used solely for the purposes of providing the services agreed with the client. Exclusive-Life will handle all data with the utmost discretion and will comply with the Federal Data Protection Laws.
