Her unique Vario Jewellery is a perfect symbiosis between industrial design and fine gold work.
References to traditional items of jewellery are cleverly reinterpreted in a modern style - either with gems or
luminous globules of glass. Lena Schüler is one of the few goldsmiths to employ the rare
technique of glass twisting, i.e. forming chain links by heating coloured sticks of glass and blending in gold leaf. She creates only 5 to 10 pieces of jewellery per month for individualists - unique pieces with a unique signature.
