Rolls-Royce-Classics
By Johannes Riedel

These are the kind of images that every true Rolls Royce fan dreams of finding under the Christmas tree. The Grecian temple on the receiving end of a professional lens, immaculately lit and perfectly presented, with every single detail lovingly showcased.

Exclusive Life presents photos by the German photo designer and Rolls Royce fan Johannes Riedel, photos that show graceful Brits from their most elegant and unusual side. A Rolls Royce parked on a green meadow or in front of a hunting lodge in southern Germany. Tree-lined country roads are also very popular. In some pictures you see the proud owner and spouse standing on either side of the radiator. These are snapshots that anyone would be proud to show round, and ones which will garner envious glances.

Johannes Riedel, who lives in Grossaitingen by Augsburg and is a classic car enthusiast, has had a successful photographic studio for 30 years, one sufficiently large to park a Phantom I in. He has an unerring eye for exceptional compositions - you could call him a photographer and photo designer with petrol in his veins. It was almost inevitable that these two sides would one day come to fruition in a series of glossy photos of elegant British cars. The concept is unique, and Rolls Royce or Bentley fans have never seen anything like it before.

Perfecting this masterpiece took several months. Professional photographers will know why. It all started out with an idea for some motifs, and finished with an incomparable series of photos.

Riedel has preserved eight magnificent classic British cars for posterity. These are photos which will have Rolls Royce owners gasping in amazement. Taken from angles which place the emphasis on shapes and design elements. The radiator grille of the Phantom I, for instance, shown as a sculpture, framed by two massive headlamps which dominate the front of the open-top four-seater.

The first series / decade shows the following models:
- Twenty
- Phantom I
- Phantom II
- 20/25 HP
- Silver Wraith
- Silver Cloud II
- Silver Cloud III
- Corniche DHC

A second series with more Rolls Royce models is currently being prepared. Bentley owners can also expect to enjoy one or two series. These photos of the decade come in a luxurious case. The "Collector's Case" contains 17 photos (two shots of each model plus a cover sheet). You will find all details of prices, delivery times and product variants on the right under "Data and facts".
