Old iron never rusts!
Particularly not if the stars from the 20s to the 70s are regularly taken out on the road by drivers in overalls, helmets and goggles. The world-wide fascination for historic car racing not only rejuvenates the little grey cells of countless loyal spectators who were there the first time round, it also has hearts beating to a four-stroke beat.
For many motor sports enthusiasts dreams will be coming true on 18th May, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. sharp, when the Mercedes-Benz Classic Days officially open in Fellbach by Stuttgart. Silver Arrows from Stuttgart and Zwickau, Mille Miglia winners from Munich, and Le Mans legends from Zuffenhausen will be getting together for a duel of friends. The Mercedes-Benz Classic Centre in Stuttgart-Fellbach is organising the event, which promises many fascinating races, presentations and, last but not least, hordes of enthusiastic spectators.
